Housing Launch Dates 
Launch #1 - Tuesday, October 6th at 8:00am Pacific Time
Block requests for 6 or more rooms can be submitted.

Launch #2 - Thursday, October 15th at 8:00am Pacific Time
Requests for 5 or fewer rooms, as well as teams that did not receive a block during Launch #1, may be submitted. 

Tournament Registration Required! (Opens 09/15)
Your team(s) MUST be registered for the tournament on Otto Event to request housing - being on the waitlist does not count.
Please reach out to SCVA directly for questions regarding tournament registration status. 

 

Mandatory Support the Sport - Stay and Play Policy 

This event follows a mandatory Stay & Play - Support the Sport policy. Each team is required to book tournament housing directly through KC Sports Housing in order to participate in the event. 

Do not book your tournament hotel directly with the hotel or through another third-party booking site. Reservations made outside of KC Sports Housing will not count toward your team's housing requirement.

Teams that are not compliant with the Stay & Play policy, or that fall below the required level of compliance within 30 days of the event, are subject to a $1,000 penalty fee.

No Hotel Hopping

Hotel hopping is not permitted. Once you request a block of rooms OR book a room individually using a credit card, you are fully responsible for those room(s) and the reservation(s) cannot be moved to another hotel.
