Please note: You cannot book at one property and later switch to a different property within our system.

You cannot book directly with the hotel or another third-party site. You are still required to book with us to compete in the event.

Please rest assured, we will have more than enough rooms for all teams.​

Individual Requests of 5 or less rooms can be made on November 11th at 8:00am PT.
**DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR THE SAME TEAM.
This includes backup requests — only one submission per team is allowed until individual booking opens on November 11th. At that time, only one BLOCK request can be made per team, but individuals may come in and request their own hotel on November 11th.
If multiple requests are received, all will be automatically denied, and the associated rooms will be released. You will then need to submit a new request for an available property through our website.
