This event follows a mandatory Stay & Play — Support the Sport policy. Teams must book tournament housing directly through KC Sports Housing to participate.Do not book directly with the hotel or through a third-party booking site. Reservations made outside KC Sports Housing do not count toward your team’s housing requirement.Teams that are not compliant, or that fall below the required level of compliance within 30 days of the event, are subject to a $1,000 penalty fee.

Your team must be registered for the tournament on Otto Event before requesting housing. Being on the waitlist does not count. Please contact SCVA directly with questions about your tournament registration status.

Please submit only ONE housing request per team. Do not submit multiple requests in an attempt to secure a hotel.Housing requests will only be denied for the following reasons: Your team is not registered for the tournament.Multiple requests were submitted for the same team.In the very unlikely event that the available hotel inventory displayed is incorrect or no longer available when your request is processed. Submitting multiple requests will result in ALL requests for that team being denied. Please submit one request and wait for the approval or denial notification before taking any further action. Typically, as long as you are registered for the event, only one request per team is submitted, and you receive a confirmation email of your request, then you will be approved for the block.

Teams must book at least 85% of their requested room block. If rooms remain unbooked or are canceled before the tournament and the team does not meet this requirement, the team may be financially responsible for those rooms and any applicable penalty fees. This responsibility remains in effect even if the team pays an opt-out fee. Fees may be assessed at any time up to and including the tournament date.

Hotel hopping is not permitted. Once you request a block of rooms OR book individually using a credit card, you are fully responsible for those rooms. Reservations cannot be moved to another hotel. You will remain responsible for your original reservation should an alternate one be made.
