Tuesday, October 13th 7:00am PT - Inventory has been updated.

We do not secure additional rooms at sold-out hotels.

Only rooms previously held by clubs that were not booked will be released, so availability is not guaranteed.

Block and Individual Requests can now be made!

*If you are already booked at one property with a credit card, you are NOT permitted to move to another property. If your team has a block of rooms, they are fully responsible for fulfilling the requested rooms and any rooms we may not resell.

Please reach out to your team directly if you have questions regarding fulfillment.

DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE REQUESTS or we reserve full right to approve the selected hotel of our choice.

Tournament Registration Required!
Your team(s) MUST be registered for the tournament on Otto Event to request housing - being on the waitlist does not count.
Please reach out to SCVA directly for questions regarding tournament registration status.

Mandatory Support the Sport - Stay and Play Policy

This event follows a mandatory Stay & Play - Support the Sport policy. Each team is required to book tournament housing directly through KC Sports Housing in order to participate in the event.

Do not book your tournament hotel directly with the hotel or through another third-party booking site. Reservations made outside of KC Sports Housing will not count toward your team's housing requirement.

Teams that are not compliant with the Stay & Play policy, or that fall below the required level of compliance within 30 days of the event, are subject to a $1,000 penalty fee - please see our FAQ page for more information.

85% Room Block Requirement (6 or more rooms)

Teams are required to book at least 85% of their requested room block. If rooms remain unbooked or are cancelled before the tournament and the team does not meet the 85% requirement, the team may be financially responsible for the cost of those rooms and any applicable penalty fees.

This responsibility remains in effect even if the team pays an opt-out fee. Fees may be assessed at any time up to and including the tournament date.

No Hotel Hopping

Hotel hopping is not permitted. Once you request a block of rooms OR book a room individually using a credit card, you are fully responsible for those room(s) and the reservation(s) cannot be moved to another hotel.
