Housing Launch Dates
Launch #1 - Tuesday, October 20th at 8:00am Pacific Time
Block requests for 6 or more rooms can be submitted.

Launch #2 - Thursday, October 29th at 8:00am Pacific Time
Requests for 5 or fewer rooms, as well as teams that did not receive a block during Launch #1, may be submitted.

Tournament Registration Required! (Opens 09/15)
Your team(s) MUST be registered for the tournament on Otto Event to request housing - being on the waitlist does not count.

Approval and Denial Information

Please submit only ONE housing request per team. Do not submit multiple requests in an attempt to secure a hotel.

Housing requests will only be denied for the following reasons:

Your team is not registered for the tournament.
Multiple requests were submitted for the same team.
In the very unlikely event that the available hotel inventory displayed is incorrect or no longer available when your request is processed.

Submitting multiple requests will result in ALL requests for that team being denied. Please submit one request and wait for the approval or denial notification before taking any further action. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions to complete the booking process.

85% Room Block Requirement (6 or more rooms)

Teams are required to book at least 85% of their requested room block. If rooms remain unbooked or are cancelled before the tournament and the team does not meet the 85% requirement, the team may be financially responsible for the cost of those rooms and any applicable penalty fees.

This responsibility remains in effect even if the team pays an opt-out fee. Fees may be assessed at any time up to and including the tournament date.

Mandatory Support the Sport - Stay and Play Policy

This event follows a mandatory Stay & Play - Support the Sport policy. Each team is required to book tournament housing directly through KC Sports Housing in order to participate in the event.

Do not book your tournament hotel directly with the hotel or through another third-party booking site. Reservations made outside of KC Sports Housing will not count toward your team's housing requirement.

Teams that are not compliant with the Stay & Play policy, or that fall below the required level of compliance within 30 days of the event, are subject to a $1,000 penalty fee.

No Hotel Hopping

Hotel hopping is not permitted. Once you request a block of rooms OR book a room individually using a credit card, you are fully responsible for those room(s) and the reservation(s) cannot be moved to another hotel.
